Account Settings

The My Account page is where you can manage all your account-related information. It allows you to update your settings, view and customize your transaction history, manage your shipping details, and view important organizational metrics. This page serves as your central hub for maintaining and controlling your account, ensuring everything stays up to date.

Overview

General

This section displays your username, organization type, and managing organization and many other options assigned to your organization.

  • Wallet:
    Add funds to your wallet to purchase new licenses for upcoming activations.

Contact

Here, you'll find your organization's contact and shipping information, which is used as the primary address for order shipments.

Account

This section contains additional account settings and organization metrics.

  • Secure Email:
    Choose the encrypted account to receive notifications related to payments, expirations, and deactivations.
  • Support Email:
    Specify the encrypted account to serve as your organization's support contact. When ChatMail users click the Support button this account will be used for secure help and support.

Notes

Here you can add your own notes or view notes assigned by organization managers for easy reference and tracking.

Management

Change Password

How to change your account login password used for managing your organization.

  1. Click the top right Gear IconMy Account.
  2. Under the General card, click Change Password.
  3. Enter your Old Password followed by your New Password.
  4. Click Submit.

Change Shipping Information

Update your shipping information, make sure this is correct as this is used for order shipments.

  1. Click the top right Gear IconMy Account.
  2. Under the Contact card, click the Edit Button.
  3. Update your organizations information.
  4. Click Submit.

Add Funds to Wallet

For automatic payments we accept PayPal and Bitcoin (Registered through BitPay). We also accept bank wires (5 days processing), or INTERAC e-Transfer (only available in Canada). Payments are only available for organizations that have completed a KYC.

  1. Click the top right Gear IconMy Account.
  2. Under the General card, click the Add Funds button.
  3. Choose your desired payment method.
  4. Enter an amount.
  5. Click Pay with for the selected payment method.
  6. Follow the onscreen prompts.
  7. When the payment is complete and confirmed the portal will automatically update your wallet balance. You will also receive an encrypted message to inform you the payment was successful.
