Transactions
The Transaction reports provide an easy way to track your payments and account changes. You can efficiently manage and review all financial transactions, as well as device actions such as Expire, Deactivate, and Resets, ensuring clarity and transparency. For added convenience, you have the option to export your monetary transactions to an Excel spreadsheet, making it simpler to share the data with your accountant. To ensure privacy, device usernames are excluded from the export, maintaining confidentiality while still offering the necessary financial information for accurate accounting.
Management
Customize Transactions Report
By default, the transaction screen is set to display your organization’s financial transactions for the current month. This provides a quick and focused view of your most relevant data. However, you have the flexibility to customize the view by adjusting the filter options available in the dropdown menus. You can modify the organization selection, change the time period for your transactions, or apply additional filters to refine your results. Once you have made your desired selections, be sure to click Apply Filters to update the report with the customized data. This ensures you have a tailored view of your financial information that suits your specific needs.
- On the left navigation click Transactions.
- Set the required required report options.
- Click Apply filters at the top.
Only financial transactions are available for export.
