The Resellers page serves as your central hub for overseeing and managing the services provided to the organizations you manage. It allows you view at a glance the current wallet balance, account status and how many active and expiring devices.

Management

Create a Reseller

Adding a new organization can help group a specific organization's devices or grant full administrative access to the management portal, allowing their IT team to manage their own devices. A VPN configuration will be required, contact us to have one generated.

1. On the left navigation click Resellers → Create.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions. (Note: The username cannot be changed later.)
3. Contact one of our team members to generate a new VPN certificate.

Reseller Account Details

View and edit an organization.

2. Search for the organizations name
